What to Bring
Personal clothing: Strong, normal clothing (According to the season), preferably cotton for summer and woolen clothing for evening and winter. For trekking, strong comfortable trekking boots, warm socks, sunglasses, headgear, rain coat and warm clothing including a down jacket for higher altitude treks and for the evenings.

  • • The Royal Government of Bhutan establishes prices.
  • • The Royal Government's policy is to preserve its culture and traditional values.One of the main methods of achieving this is your cooperation. You are required not to buy antiques.
  • • Royal Government of Bhutan allows no more than 4000 tourists world wide to enter Bhutan.
    Bhutanese people are friendly and welcoming to visitors. They generally enjoy you taking their photographs.
  • • 16mm film cameras are prohibited in Bhutan and also photography in some of the monasteries & Djongs are not allowed.
  • • Dzongkha is official language of Bhutan but English is widely spoken.

Bookings and confirmation should reach us at least Two weeks in advance with all passport details with 50% of tour cost and full payment must be done upon arrival. We will process your Bhutan visa only upon confirmation. This is to avoid last minute rush especially in the peak seasons as the infrastructure of Bhutan can handle only a limited number of tourists at a time.

There will be a cancellation charge of 50% for confirmed booking seven days before the departure. No refund thereafter even for no shows or delayed arrival or whatsoever the reason.

Tour Operation:
All programs are guaranteed departures for individuals and an exclusive arrangement for groups. However there are subject to flight and road conditions.
